Pros
A paycheck - although a smaller one if you're a woman or a minority, but you'll get used to that cuz 'Murica. Another plus is that you get to say whatever you want about female CRAs, and can call them "b's" and "divas" even if you're in management - right on!
Cons
Top management says that WCT cares about employee satisfaction and doing things right the first time and that these are priorities to them. And to back that up they do absolutely nothing to address slacker bosses who make the same mistakes over and over. They also do nothing to address serious complaints from employees. Hoorah for fake goals!
