From the top down, unprofessional and disrespectful in all communication. Never worked under 60 hours a week. No support, especially for new associates. You work in a silo. Promises made to help with extreme workload. They fell through and were doubled. Pay is $20,000 less than anywhere else. They give you a lower title to pay you less and do not promote. FTO (unlimited time off), but you work twice as many hours the next week, so why bother? And good luck having a backup. They are extremely understaffed.
