Pros

Decent Salary. Good systems. Easy interview process.

Cons

I've worked here for a few months. While many things are good as far as CROs go, DO NOT come here unless you want to feel POLICED and micromanaged. During my first week of employment, I was told that upper management "requested" and "recommended" that all employees have a publicly visible Linkedin profile listing Worldwide as our current employer.... which is a wildly inappropriate thing to require. What's worse, three weeks later, i received an email "reminding" me that I hadn't updated my Linkedin page. This email CAME FROM HR... apparently they CHECK to make sure that new employees comply in their roles as "Brand Ambassadors"!! I expressed to my manager that i didn't like having my profile visible because I've been harassed in the past. She told me that she understood but that i should look past this in the interest of promoting Worldwide culture. HUH? When i finally updated my profile and made it public due to fear of retaliation, I was told that (a) i needed to add to the profile the headshot I'm required to have posted on our internal website (GREAT idea given my history of being harassed), and (b) I needed to remove my Linkedin profile background because the LGBT pride background on my profile was in violation of the company expectation that we not post anything "political" on any social media accounts indicating affiliation with Worldwide! When I discussed this with my manager, she condescendingly told me that having the profile was merely "recommended"... this, after HR actually checked to make sure I had followed said recommendation! When I removed public visibility from my profile as a result, I immediately became the victim of numerous microaggressions and heavy surveillance courtesy of ClinOps mangement! Apparently someone sits around and checks all day to see that employees keep their profiles visible...???? As a cherry on top, I was also asked, as a "best practice" during onboarding, to post a positive review on Glassdoor regarding the company's "extraordinary" onboarding experience! Well, Worldwide, here you go!! LOL. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be here long, and I am considering a formal discrimination complaint.

Pros

Salary and benefits are excellent. Many people that you work with day to day are very nice and hardworking.

Cons

They don’t have layoffs but they have ninja attacks where people just disappear. These positions are not backfilled and the work just falls on the survivors. The company respects personalities not people who can operationalize. If you are not evangelical when you talk - this is not the company for you.
