Your experience depends on your leadership and team here. You will have a great work/life balance You get a decent amount of vacation Many of the team members are awesome Its not a pretentious work environment Lots of "food parties' Incredibly diverse
Cons
There are pockets of the "old guard" running amuck, creating a stressful environment for newer employees and undermining company goals. If this is fixed, the company would be on par for excellence as an ideal place to work. You may be located in an area that limits your options for food/entertainment/business on breaks/lunch ie.(bank runs, fitness, post office etc)
