Pros
I worked mostly in special services, ie, assisting folks with disabilities through TSA, and it was rewarding to know you made some people real happy with a smooth transition from the front to the secure area. Also had flight benefits where the employee would have to cover only the taxes due each way.
Cons
An unenforced 'rule' regarding late policy was ignored for 6 mos, then mgnt comes along with a stack of 'write-ups' for the tardys, resulting in a disputed termination.
