Pros

• I get to work alone which allows me to work faster • work outside which makes it feel less congested • The work is quick and easy, it allows me to have time to get other equipment back running

Cons

• Rampers and other employees do not care for equipment which means certain pieces of equipment go out of service often which is not great considering everyone takes a class on how to use the equipment before they get hired • Rampers and other employees do not usually care about what I say to them, referring to picking up GPU cables, turning on the lights on their tugs, using emergency stops in non-emergencies, and not using the hand brake or keeping it on while driving a tug around. • pay isn’t high enough for how much equipment me and one other guy manage

Pros

Tammy Collor is respectful, calm always communicate with me she had that terminology to be the best general manager of all time. Plus Dee for WFs was great person with the personality of showing me training me, teaching me things with the great communication with the respectful knowledge, and craft that Tammy Collor, and Dee have that shows to me, but to other people is fantastic I would love for both of them Tammy Collor, and Dee get knowledge and raise and a bonus of what they do for us plus for the company

Cons

There’s no issue with everybody being respectful
