The engineers here are respected, treated well, have a great community, and form a strong team. Their salaries are fair and they do amazing work solving incredibly interesting problems.
Cons
The operations team are worked like dogs. The hours delve deep into the weekends and evenings. They regularly ask ops employees to complete tasks they have no training in and no background in and then use those performances to evaluate overall performance.
