      Low teacher to student ratio, calm environment, growing school, nice people (students, staff, fellow faculty), a lot of opportunity to be creative

      slow growth, isolated space (this might be a pro), not much diversity, the lake can be smelly

      Very relaxing work environment, as long as students are helped it’s good to study there and get work done
