      Good people working all over campus Easy to get around campus Good sense of community among faculty, staff and students

      Cons

      Fiscal mismanagement Too much centralized authority makes it hard to get anything done, and makes it easy to abuse power Too many people in positions that are over their heads, and getting paid too much

      Very relaxing work environment, as long as students are helped it’s good to study there and get work done
