      Pros

      A good population of students makes it easy to teach. Parents are supportive in general with the occasional bully. Would be better if the paid accordingly.

      Cons

      They demand a lot, give very little to teachers or staff. They spend money in administrative positions that are unnecessary.

      Very relaxing work environment, as long as students are helped it’s good to study there and get work done
