      Meaningful focus on providing education life-changing opportunities to first-generation college students. Extremely good benefits, free/discounted tuition, top-notch medical and retirement.

      Cons

      very poor career advancement opportunities for staff. max of 3% raise per year for satisfactory performance. tends to hire outside instead of internal promotion.

      Very relaxing work environment, as long as students are helped it’s good to study there and get work done
