      Pros

      Out of my 5 years i have never seen a layoff in the IT department. Great tuition benefits. Also great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive in the market. Raises, bonuses, promotions area always small pay increases.

      Very relaxing work environment, as long as students are helped it’s good to study there and get work done
