Tuition reimbursement, healthcare good, paid holidays, lots of leave time
Cons
Burnout, low pay, extreme workloads. High turnover, disrespectful leadership who do not advocate for staff. No proactive plan for anything, so it is always chaotic, leading to complaints for which overworked, under-resources staff are blamed. Set up to fail. Leave time is generous but can’t ever take time without coming back to a messy pile up.
