      Fair pay and low stress. Once you've done a semester, yo have all the material already planned out for future semesters.

      Cons

      You can only log a certain amount of hours, initially you go over those hours but can't claim them if you've maxed out.

      Very relaxing work environment, as long as students are helped it’s good to study there and get work done
