      Pros

      Working in Higher education is interesting. Not very hectic or tiring work. But, it do keep you on your toes. Good benefits. Especially the tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Salary is low since it is a state university.

      Very relaxing work environment, as long as students are helped it’s good to study there and get work done
