      Pros

      Colleagues, staff, and students are nice. Pays the most in the area (but still poverty wages). By far, shows most concern for the situation of adjuncts.

      Cons

      Low pay, poverty wages if you have kids. No benefits. Large class sizes (60+). Cramped single office shared with many other faculty.

      Very relaxing work environment, as long as students are helped it’s good to study there and get work done
