Easy job. Easy to get hired.

Cons

Do you get payed for drive time? Depends on location/month and whether or not you stay on top of your hours/paycheck. You have to get to job early typically and don't get payed for any of that.

Outside work and if your a crewleader you save wear and tare on your personal vechicle but with lots of scrutiny

Cons

Lack of communication less than 40 hours a week low pay for a job dealing with traffic which can be dangerous
