      Pros

      There are no pros to the company.

      Cons

      They lie to you, pretend to care, and just take you down. They consume you for all you got and toss you. They constantly threaten, I rather go back to AWP and work in that terrible environment where I know at least I will get treated better. Do not recommend. If you are there leave now, they can't even pay the people properly.

      Pros

      Outside work and if your a crewleader you save wear and tare on your personal vechicle but with lots of scrutiny

      Cons

      Lack of communication less than 40 hours a week low pay for a job dealing with traffic which can be dangerous
