Pros

There are a lot of resources, funds, and people hours spent on maximizing the culture at Wrike. From company events, recognition platforms, perks, and benefits. I came from non-tech companies prior to Wrike and it was rare to have someone say "happy birthday" or bring donuts let alone have company-wide birthday shoutouts and free lunches everyday. There are definitely areas for improvement with management style but where are you ever going to work where that's not the case?

Cons

Some teams in the org have un-trusting managers, positive culture is harder to maintain in periods of hyper growth

We are so glad you've enjoyed your time at Wrike! We love being able to celebrate our people's milestones and success (and the donuts are an added bonus)! Our People are our greatest asset at the company, so we will continue to keep their happiness and success front of mind. Thank you for your feedback

Pros

Supportive Management: Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee growth and success. Regular feedback and open communication foster a positive work environment. Collaborative Team: The team culture is highly collaborative, with colleagues who are both talented and willing to help. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. Positive Workplace Culture: Wrike promotes a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Employee well-being and engagement are clearly prioritized. Industry-Leading Product: The product itself is robust, flexible, and consistently evolving to meet customer needs. It’s rewarding to represent a solution that delivers real value to clients.

Cons

Structured Oversight: At times, there is a high level of oversight and process adherence, which can limit autonomy in decision-making. While this ensures consistency, it may occasionally slow down innovation or responsiveness. Limited Training on Procurement Processes: There is a noticeable gap in training related to the procurement process, which can create challenges during customer renewals. Enhanced resources and clearer guidance in this area would help streamline operations and improve the overall customer experience.

We’re very happy to hear your positive experience with supportive leadership, collaborative teams, our culture, and the product itself. We also appreciate your input on the level of oversight and the need for more training around procurement. Insights like these are valuable as we look at how to balance structure with autonomy and where to deepen enablement for our customer-facing teams. We’re glad you’re here and contributing to our customer success organization. If you have further feedback, please feel free to contact your manager or HR. Thank you, Mackenzie, HRBP
