Pros

There is a 401k and company medical plan. Access to a Mac or PC laptop for business use

Cons

Some clients appear to like the product despite recurring issues with speed / access issues. Sales management takes micro management to the extreme and will drive you insane. You will have ZERO work life balance. 85% of the Strat sales team is not coming anywhere close to their number. You will make very little comp here. Wildly unequal territories show 2-3 reps succeed while the rest starve. Management has forged a toxic culture founded in bullying and will not respect your time off (even if you are allowed to take any)

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your experience at Wrike. There are some specific areas where we would like to provide clarification. Of our current team, 80% of our Strategic Sales Reps are hitting or exceeding their quotas and enjoying our uncapped commission plan, which includes accelerators that allow you to over-earn on your commissions. Wrike has quickly become a go-to software for fortune 500 companies, and getting there has required a lot of hard work and tight deadlines, from Wrikers who are doing the best work of their lives. This is why we encourage our team members to take advantage of our unlimited time off, so they can unplug and recharge This message was emphasized when our VP of People Operations reminded all of our Wrikers to continue to take any planned time off, even if vacations have been cancelled or postponed due to COVID. We have already added several new members to the sales leadership team in recent months and will continue to bring on experienced leaders as we scale. We encourage our alumni and current employees alike to share their feedback with our HR team. If you wish to further discuss your experience, feel free to speak with your local HRBP, or contact us at hr-us@team.wrike.com.

Pros

Supportive Management: Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee growth and success. Regular feedback and open communication foster a positive work environment. Collaborative Team: The team culture is highly collaborative, with colleagues who are both talented and willing to help. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. Positive Workplace Culture: Wrike promotes a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Employee well-being and engagement are clearly prioritized. Industry-Leading Product: The product itself is robust, flexible, and consistently evolving to meet customer needs. It’s rewarding to represent a solution that delivers real value to clients.

Cons

Structured Oversight: At times, there is a high level of oversight and process adherence, which can limit autonomy in decision-making. While this ensures consistency, it may occasionally slow down innovation or responsiveness. Limited Training on Procurement Processes: There is a noticeable gap in training related to the procurement process, which can create challenges during customer renewals. Enhanced resources and clearer guidance in this area would help streamline operations and improve the overall customer experience.

We’re very happy to hear your positive experience with supportive leadership, collaborative teams, our culture, and the product itself. We also appreciate your input on the level of oversight and the need for more training around procurement. Insights like these are valuable as we look at how to balance structure with autonomy and where to deepen enablement for our customer-facing teams. We’re glad you’re here and contributing to our customer success organization. If you have further feedback, please feel free to contact your manager or HR. Thank you, Mackenzie, HRBP

Pros

Strengthen transparency and consistency in communication, particularly around job security and performance expectations

Cons

I was at the company for a year and only met my department executive once. There’s basically zero communication between departments, and that disconnect slows everything down, especially between marketing and sales, and it’s why the company will never be on the same level as other project management platforms. The lack of accountability and communication at the top just turns into laziness across the whole company. They’re way too focused on AI, and I honestly don’t think they’ll be able to use it effectively before they’re forced to sell to private equity. There is one executive in the GTM department who is extremely controlling and unprofessional everyone says it, and multiple people have had to leave the department or switch even leave the company because of him. People get dragged into projects that have nothing to do with their job, and executives have admitted they’re replacing U.S. employees with cheaper international hires. If they keep doing this, cutting employees and relying on AI, the company is only going to keep declining.
