      Pros

      Wrike a collaborative work management giant has recently opened up their offices in India. Working in Wrike is quite refreshing. The team in Europe and US is quite knowledgeable, friendly and (to all my indian folks out there) extremely considerate of the work life balance. We have access to CEO and other senior leadership, which gives you a sense that you can bring the required changes to the organization. Overall decent tech, great people and good vibes.

      Cons

      Product Leadership is good but can be better with product vision. But overall they are very receptive to feedback and has a strong potential to grow.

Limited Training on Procurement Processes: There is a noticeable gap in training related to the procurement process, which can create challenges during customer renewals. Enhanced resources and clearer guidance in this area would help streamline operations and improve the overall customer experience.
