Pros

The only one reason to work here is for the money. But at what cost?

Cons

During my tenure at Wuxi, the initial optimism I had during the hiring process turned into a disappointing reality. The work environment was marred by rude and narcissistic supervisors who exhibited confrontational behavior not only among themselves but also towards upper management and technicians. The company's upper management appeared out of touch, unaware of the ongoing issues within the organization. One glaring problem was the weakness of company policies and the reliance on outdated and misguided processes. It became evident that the same problems persisted from the time I was hired three years ago, indicating a lack of effective measures taken to address and resolve issues. The motivation within upper management seemed to hinge solely on overworking employees, assigning them multiple responsibilities without adequate compensation. Despite a workforce comprising mostly nice, easily guided, and coachable individuals, the overall lack of self-motivation was palpable. Recognition for hard work was scarce, and when acknowledged, it often resulted in additional workload, draining the last bit of employee motivation. Shockingly, many deserving employees, including technicians, had not received promotions for over two years, and appreciation was lacking. My experience of hiring employees for the company led to discomfort as I found myself lying about the greatness of working for Wuxi and the potential for growth within the company. Unfortunately, the reality was far from the positive image I portrayed to new hires. The absence of company retention was evident, with people leaving in waves, typically waiting for end-of-year bonuses before exiting. Departments faced significant challenges, with QA losing all its members, manufacturing struggling to retain employees, and upper management undergoing frequent changes. This feedback is shared with the hope that others will consider these aspects before making a commitment to Wuxi, and that the company takes constructive steps to address these issues for the well-being of its employees and overall organizational health. To summarize; Please don’t, you will regret it. And if you do apply here because you have no choice. I feel really bad for you.
