This company is dynamic and is able to survive a continuously fluctuating state economy. The people are amazing to work with, and the company works hard to offer competitive wages and benefits to their employees.

The company is quick to hire Service techs when the work load increases, but slow to increase administrative staff under the same circumstances. Office and administrative employees often take on additional tasks and roles without additional supports or assistance, leaving administrative teams understaffed and overworked.

The job itself isn't bad. It seemed to change daily.

Management and coworkers were trying at times. Had some coworkers that didn't seem to want to pull their weight and management was aware, but would not do much about it.
