      Pros

      Benefits/perks (Gym/phone reimbursement, no-premium options for medical/dental/vision) Good breakfast/lunch/snacks Awesome people and amazing coworkers Open culture and leadership

      Cons

      Pay: pretty low compared to market pay (also very low 401k match) Work-life balance: terrible and was expected to be working all hours of the day to get the amount of work done because team was understaffed Managers: Your happiness and success greatly depends on your manager (moreso than at other companies where I've worked). Unfortunately, my manager was terrible, condescending, and hated their job.

      Pros

      great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

      Cons

      lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production

      - Good salary - High Ownership - Interesting Work - Get to learn more broadly of how things work at scale compared to other global social media companies - Equity Growth Overall I have gotten to take on really interesting work here and am alongside colleagues I respect and appreciate. Equity has appreciated significantly.

      Cons

      - Constant Layoffs/poor attrition rates - Understaffed - Lack of organization/communication from leadership
