Pros
- A product with lots of promise - A consumer brand with huge recognition - Awesome location, food, and culture
Cons
- Inexperienced management, specially the middle tier - Slow execution and too much politics - Promotion is hard to come by, unless you are one of those chosen ones - Having a hard time recruiting good candidates and so it is full of mediocre engineers and recent grads - Competition in social media space is getting tough and Twitter is not positioned to stay relevant for long due to the way it executes
