      Loved my coworkers and the supportive teamwork environment

      Cons

      things quickly changed under Elon Musk - clients felt not taken care of and we did not know how to care for them as we were not a valued part of the company. quickly felt like a pawn instead of an employee.

      great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

      lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production
