Management takes a mostly hands off approach (to some degree depending on your department) which I love. You really can contribute and improve the company too. Your actions have real effects on the company and it’s extremely rewarding. People here are the kindest people you can meet, and they’ll make you feel extremely comfortable opening up and communicating any issue has never has felt scary to me, like it has at other companies.
