      Pros

      The company overall trusts you to be a responsible employee and does not enforce any strict set of hours. You're allowed unlimited sick time as part of that trust so you can take time to actually get better when you're sick. The culture at the office is very relaxed. A group of us play super smash bros during lunch several times a week.

      Cons

      You may be stuck travelling a lot. I have drive to Lansing 2-3 times a week. Although, X by 2 does reimburse you for the mileage, so it's not all bad.

      Pros

      - Opportunities to wear various technological and leadership hats depending on client work (diversity/growth). - Fantastic culture, surrounded by knowledgeable people from all levels of the industry. Frequent team events, offsite activities, lunches, etc. - Challenging, but engaging work - leadership focuses on placing consultants into roles that best fit their growth interests. - Mentorship and advising program to garner constructive feedback and growth of consultants. - Great employee perks.
