      Some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. Culture is professional but not stuffy Pay is competitive for the area (Detroit Suburbs) Interesting Perks - wellness, clothes, professional development No layoffs during pandemic!!

      Needs more women in technical roles Some benefits are very Michigan-centric

      - Opportunities to wear various technological and leadership hats depending on client work (diversity/growth). - Fantastic culture, surrounded by knowledgeable people from all levels of the industry. Frequent team events, offsite activities, lunches, etc. - Challenging, but engaging work - leadership focuses on placing consultants into roles that best fit their growth interests. - Mentorship and advising program to garner constructive feedback and growth of consultants. - Great employee perks.
