      Pros

      Great base salary for the area, decent benefits and perks, very friendly people, work with lots of different technologies

      Cons

      Work is mostly healthcare and insurance so the work doesn't necessarily feel the most exciting, culture fit tends to attract a similar type of people so diversity is lacking

      - Opportunities to wear various technological and leadership hats depending on client work (diversity/growth). - Fantastic culture, surrounded by knowledgeable people from all levels of the industry. Frequent team events, offsite activities, lunches, etc. - Challenging, but engaging work - leadership focuses on placing consultants into roles that best fit their growth interests. - Mentorship and advising program to garner constructive feedback and growth of consultants. - Great employee perks.
