      With all the varying projects going on at X by 2 with different clients, there is a abundance of experience to learn from. Whether working directly on various projects or hearing second hand through coworkers, X by 2 is a great place to learn and accelerate your career.

      - Opportunities to wear various technological and leadership hats depending on client work (diversity/growth). - Fantastic culture, surrounded by knowledgeable people from all levels of the industry. Frequent team events, offsite activities, lunches, etc. - Challenging, but engaging work - leadership focuses on placing consultants into roles that best fit their growth interests. - Mentorship and advising program to garner constructive feedback and growth of consultants. - Great employee perks.
