      X by 2 offers great growth opportunities, encourages everyone to use their voice, puts a ton of care into their employees, has an awesome culture, top notch benefits and compensation. They give flexibility to work remotely as much or as little as you want and host a variety of events throughout the year as well!

      - Opportunities to wear various technological and leadership hats depending on client work (diversity/growth). - Fantastic culture, surrounded by knowledgeable people from all levels of the industry. Frequent team events, offsite activities, lunches, etc. - Challenging, but engaging work - leadership focuses on placing consultants into roles that best fit their growth interests. - Mentorship and advising program to garner constructive feedback and growth of consultants. - Great employee perks.
