      Pros

      . The benefits are quite nice; reimbursements on professional development, professional clothes, home office, and recreation/wellness. . Work life balance is valued here. I've never felt pressured to work after hours . Plenty of opportunities for upward mobility . The people and culture here are amazing. .Food gets catered in twice a week: lunch on Wednesdays and breakfast on Fridays.

      Cons

      Not speaking from personal experience here, but some developers get put on projects that aren't a great fit for them (ex: not challenging enough). Some projects are more interesting and sought after than others, but that's just the reality of consulting work; it depends on the client.

      - Opportunities to wear various technological and leadership hats depending on client work (diversity/growth). - Fantastic culture, surrounded by knowledgeable people from all levels of the industry. Frequent team events, offsite activities, lunches, etc. - Challenging, but engaging work - leadership focuses on placing consultants into roles that best fit their growth interests. - Mentorship and advising program to garner constructive feedback and growth of consultants. - Great employee perks.
