Pros

Supervisors/production manager are excellent at their jobs and treat employees with respect and dignity. This is an easy job that pays decent when communication is not lacking between lower and upper management.

Cons

On a corporate level, there is minimal communication with supervisors and production managers this makes doing your job correctly difficult. Expect rules to change often, unnecessary strain on employees of all levels, and anxiety about whether or not you may have a job the next day.

Company Leadership seems to trying to turn around nearly a decade of losing money, making strategic good/hard decisions. However, the swamp of 100's of VP's in the middle is putting them in the same performance.

Cons

Middle management lacks true leadership and understanding of what they are managing, consistently making short-term thinking decisions.
