Pros

Flexibility with annual leave/appointment leave. Give opportunities to people starting out or people from other countries

Cons

Toxic environment - everyone gossips and gives out about each other on a daily basis. Management often shout across the floor to get your attention which is off-putting or give out about things when others are nearby and can hear. Everyone knows if you are sick, if you've had a conversations with HR, if you do something wrong, nothing is kept a secret. No development training , progression or 1-2-1s held except maybe when in probation. Toxic behaviour is from the top down and everyone is scared to call others out on the poor behaviours including in management so the problem just continues, it's not managed or stopped just swept under the carpet. Training held by an outside person who also discussed the details of other company/people issues experienced. Rumour of money issues. Salary is poor and there's no pay increases. You don't get paid when sick. Not much social life outside of work. The list goes on.

Pros

Company Leadership seems to trying to turn around nearly a decade of losing money, making strategic good/hard decisions. However, the swamp of 100's of VP's in the middle is putting them in the same performance.

Cons

Middle management lacks true leadership and understanding of what they are managing, consistently making short-term thinking decisions.
