The management is constantly changing and employees feel a general lack of direction. Very low salary for the amount of work. Really bad shift timings, no bonuses or other benefits

Company Leadership seems to trying to turn around nearly a decade of losing money, making strategic good/hard decisions. However, the swamp of 100's of VP's in the middle is putting them in the same performance.

Cons

Middle management lacks true leadership and understanding of what they are managing, consistently making short-term thinking decisions.
