Pros

XL gave me an opportunity when I needed it. If you are looking for opportunity to learn a vast amount of knowledge of different products, this is the place. From day 1 the owner treated me like a friend and I still consider it a lifelong one. Great opportunities, fair pay, great benefits with intelligent people. Recommended!

Cons

On-call was a downfall for this company as they didn't have the infrastructure to completely be 24-7 IT support. They relied on full time staff to work 1 month weekends and 1 time a night to cover. Needless to say it burnt me out. Two months before accepting another opportunity they then put in the infrastructure. Solid that they listened to their employees XL ;)

Pros

-Awesome management team that cares about their people. -Company has a clear vision and plan to execute it. -Chances for upward and lateral mobility. -Process driven to its core, no surprises and clear goals, with the help to achieve them. -Happy clients and happy employees, they are fundamentally changing the managed services game. -Everyone on the team has a place and play to their strengths. -Flexible remote work environment, hiring the best people from all over the world. -Always striving to adapt the latest technology and staying on the bleeding edge.

Cons

-Compensation could be better. -Due to the remote nature of the company, it is difficult to plan events where everyone can attend, though this is worth the benefits of a remote team.

Pros

Exposure to tools and processes (briefly)

Cons

• Hired and trained for several weeks, only to be let go shortly after without clear long-term intent. • Lack of transparency during the hiring process regarding expectations and job stability. • Training felt more like a trial period rather than a genuine onboarding process. • Poor communication from management about performance and future with the company • Wasted time for candidates who are seriously looking for stable employment.
