I was informed 2 hours within my shift with the vaguest of reasons. - Tech Support XL.net Employee Review

Pros

They have their processes written down.

Cons

When laying off employees, one should be given 2 weeks, or a month at least to look for employment. At least let the person know why they are being let go. They gave the vaguest of reasons. Not even HR knew about it until 3-4 hours after they were informed by the employee they were letting go of. Normally I would advise and even be proud of the company. Now I think otherwise.

Thank you so much for the feedback, both the pros and cons. As far as I can see from our records, everyone has received severance pay - please email me if you do not believe you did. This is Adam. As for the reason, we have not had any redundancy terminations in our history. The reasons for termination are always prior verbally discussed and/or typically 1 or 2 written warnings. I am so sorry it did not work out, anytime there is a termination I also feel we are accountable as we should have predicted better if there would be a mutual fit. I hope you understand, and I wish you all the best! - Adam

Pros

-Awesome management team that cares about their people. -Company has a clear vision and plan to execute it. -Chances for upward and lateral mobility. -Process driven to its core, no surprises and clear goals, with the help to achieve them. -Happy clients and happy employees, they are fundamentally changing the managed services game. -Everyone on the team has a place and play to their strengths. -Flexible remote work environment, hiring the best people from all over the world. -Always striving to adapt the latest technology and staying on the bleeding edge.

Cons

-Compensation could be better. -Due to the remote nature of the company, it is difficult to plan events where everyone can attend, though this is worth the benefits of a remote team.

Pros

Exposure to tools and processes (briefly)

Cons

• Hired and trained for several weeks, only to be let go shortly after without clear long-term intent. • Lack of transparency during the hiring process regarding expectations and job stability. • Training felt more like a trial period rather than a genuine onboarding process. • Poor communication from management about performance and future with the company • Wasted time for candidates who are seriously looking for stable employment.
