Pros
Result-oriented environment, so hard working and organized people stay, lazy and chaotic people go, supportive corporate culture, friendly and positive colleagues (ultimately, 99%!) little to no control from top management as long as you deliver results and assure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Cons
As with any startup on the flip side your working place is guaranteed as long as you meet and exceed expectations and try to be number one in your line of business. Good thing for me, yet for some might be a bit of a stretch and stress.
