Pros

Was pay, but they never finished Testing/Training online. In fact, were very unprofessional in not responding to my emails and said they sent "Welcome Packet" & required equipment to do the job, but I never received them

Cons

HR stated sent "Welcome Packet" & required equipment to do the job, but I never received them. Sent repeated emails advising not received, asking when should I expect, etc. and HR never responded

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
