Pros
During my interview prep and subsequent interview the first thing I noticed about the company was how forward thinking it was, not afraid to take short term calculated risks to achieve long term sustained success. The companies approach to pushing itself with regards to new technologies is a refreshing change from previous employers which has in turn pushed me to learn new skills which will assist me and XPO going forward. I am not micro managed by senior management who have placed a vast amount of trust and belief in me to achieve positive results for my contract customer and XPO since my employment commenced. XPO invest a large amount of money into people progression which not only improves the skills of the employee but make you feel that you are a valued member of the team and not just a number within a large multinational company. Further benefits such as 25 days holiday, option to 'Purchase' extra days holidays, Childcare Vouchers, High Street Discounts, Insurance packages make XPO a very attractive employment prospect.
Cons
During my short time with the company I haven't encountered anything that I would consider a 'Con' but a con could differ through each persons perspective, My only observation within my arm of the business if that we don't have the largest presence on a contract basis within the South West region of the UK.
