Pros

The company is focused on it ethos of "you grow we grow" and I am proof of that. The company really cares about its employees welfare and makes sure every one feels part of the XPO Family. From the director to the cleaner, everyone will go out of there way to help you. I have only been with the company for a year and already promoted to a Management role.

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
