Pros

You'll get weekends off (most of the time) and you'll be done by 3 every day (half the time) The work is super easy and mindless. Made a lot of great friends here.

Cons

There's a reason this company has four HIRING signs on the premises. There's a reason this company is this desperate and can't keep employees. The management is horrible. Most promotions are based on sexual favors you perform for bosses, not how well you work! Be prepared to do your lead's jobs and be treated like dirt if you have anything against the group leads, especially if it's one the boss is having sex with. I have never ever walked out of a job before, but I did this one. I worked here for two years and the end was just awful. The upper bosses don't even want to help with any issues you have. They tell you everything is YOUR fault when actually it's the incompetent supervisors and group leads faults. Not to mention the hours are inconsistent. You're either working 60+ hours a week for fighting for forty. There's no "happy middle". This place is a joke, and I wouldn't recommend this job to my worst enemy. It is nothing but drama.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
