unstable hours, management is decent but alot of errors while out in the field such as never knowing routes and assigning P/D that fall out of someone's consistent route but as a senior driver there it was wasnt all that bad

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth.
