XPO believes in it's people, offering progression and opportunity within a diverse worldwide organisation. There is a genuine global community feeling within the company and a collective belief that XPO cares about it's employee's and what they think of the environment they work in.
Cons
Like any global organisation XPO has policies and processes that can be tedious at times, less red tape would be an advantage in getting things done in a timely manner.
