Pros

This was already a company that had a solid foundation from the ground up, and there was not a need to re-invent the wheel, or work with employees that didn't care.

Cons

People that have the desire to lead, truly want to hold off here. After many conversations with managers at all levels the biggest complaint I hear "no one listens to ideas, so i let people do what they want even if it's wrong. If I do try to make a change or disagree with a process it's challenged as negativity." People should be hired and retained for their experience, and ability to share their ideas not march to unclear or undefined orders.

Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
