Pros

I have found the team to be welcoming and approachable, even the senior management team. They are very open to be challenged and will provide answers and support where they can. A more relaxed approach than my former employer. XPO appear eager to succeed in all the they do which will have it's challenges but can also help us succeed further as a site.

Cons

Some of the processes have a lot less of a digital approach than my former employer and some of the team feel it's a step backwards. However, the reasons were recently explained and I feel that things are being done to he develop this in the future.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
