Pros

Excellent working ethic's with a top down approach right from the General Manager. Superb pay and benefits. Everyone matters, employee engagement is key and everyone as a voice. All employees can follow their career paths, and personal development is at the forefront, if you want to accomplish more then there are various schemes / courses to help you along the way. I am really enjoying working here and see myself finishing out my career with XPO. XPO Logistics exceed all of my expectations.

Cons

No Company car. No Bonus Scheme.

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
