Pros

Employed for 7 years. XPO is the most professional logistics company I have worked for with super smart execution of its business plans achieving goals for all of us and beyond consistently. Always been treated utmost fair by all superiors and colleagues and if there was a dispute there is clear, fair and equitable process by HR in place.

Cons

Logistics can be seen as a hobby too ! You can get so enthusiastic that a 8 hour workday is a limit and you want to do just a little more ...
