Apathetic and lazy dispatchers who do the minimum and make several routing errors make it challenging for others who end up having to fix their mistakes and a lack of disciplinary action from management in regard to this, exceptionally poor training from managers in many aspects as they do not all understand the operating system well enough to train, the third-party environment can be exhausting having to mitigate between the drivers, customers, and client in regards to issues, the poor release of an untested new operating system proved challenging, turnover in staff and management
